Floor Supervisors - Ed, Laura, Liz and Kevin
Each
works one-on-one with every consumer employed at Blue Valley
to set up work projects and to make sure that all assignments
are well produced and completed on time.
Case Management Staff - Melody, Deborah and Sonia
Each, working within their area of responsibility, are charged
to ensure that all consumers employed at Blue Valley have
goals that will enhance their lives and that every consumer
is measurably working to reach every goal.
Production Staff - Ken, Curtis, Levell and George
Each, working within their area of responsibility, are responsible
for scheduling work projects, setting up the work floor,
maintaining work schedules, and ensuring the cleanliness
and safety of the facility.
